Marker Sketches –
A Tribute to Classic Design Drawing
Sketching has always been one of my greatest passions – a direct and intuitive way to explore ideas, emotions, and form. My marker sketches pay homage to the traditional techniques of industrial design renderings from the 1960s and beyond. Back when designers relied on paper, markers, pencils, and their hands to bring concepts to life, sketches weren’t just tools – they were artworks in themselves.
With bold lines, strong contrasts, and a distinctive visual rhythm, this old-school style captures the essence of design: raw, expressive, and full of character. Each sketch reflects not only a subject, but also the process of thinking and creating – spontaneous, imperfect, and human. Through this visual language, I celebrate the timeless craft of drawing in its purest, most authentic form.
